Mindfulness is a well-researched, non-religious and effective means of alleviating stress, anxiety and depression, and promoting well-being and flourishing.
As part of the Wellbeing at Oxford campaign, a series of events is being co-organised by the University of Oxford and Oxford Student Union in 5th week this Michaelmas Term (11-15 November). This informal taster session will introduce Mindfulness – in theory, practice and research - and offer a few tips to keep you grounded and steady in the midst of a busy schedule.
