Elections in Council
We're looking for students to be part of the Student Council Team. Nominations close on Tuesday 5th Week at 1pm. There are two positons vacant:
1 x Steering Committee is responsible for making sure the business of Student Council is legal and appropriate. They look over the motions submitted by Students, steering them for consultation if needed, and compiling the agenda.
1 x Scrutiny Committee is responsible for interviewing the Sabbatical Trustees, reviewing their work and scrutinising them on behalf of Council. The successful candidate will need to have good availability throughout 5th and 6th week as the report is due for submission Tuesday 7th Week at 1pm.
Once you've nominated, come along to the 5th Week Council meeting to explain why you think you'd be a good fit.
