Job Title: Student Engagement Coordinator  

Department: Student Engagement & Communications

Responsible to: Student Engagement Manager

Hours of Work: Full-time. Some weekend and out of hours working will be required from time to time

Contract Type: Fixed-term for 18 months


We are the University of Oxford Student Union and we’re seeking a dynamic, energetic new member to our team. Oxford SU is one of more that 550 students’ unions across the country with a keen emphasis on student voice and engagement; and with more than 20,000 members and a bold new strategy, it is an exciting time to consider joining us. 


Purpose of the post: 

To coordinate planning and logistical support for sabbatical officer and student-led campaigns.

To enable and empower student communities to develop and grow.

To be responsible for the ongoing development of Oxford Raise and Give scheme (RAG) and effectively assist in the delivery of Oxford SU’s democratic process.

Bring new ideas and fresh perspectives to a busy Student Union with a key focus on student engagement.
