Oxford University Labour Club (OULC) is the largest and among the oldest and most active university Labour clubs in the UK, being founded in 1919. Since then we have been a vibrant hub of the student left within Oxford, and a campaigning force. There are all sorts of ways to get involved, from turning up at our informative speaker events with MPs and leading figures on the left, taking part in a welcoming and warm social scene, to campaigning with the local Labour party to elect Labour candidates in national and local elections, and push for social change. We'd also encourage you to get involved through running for the OULC committee, with elections taking place on a termly basis. Being on committee, you can be directly involved in the day to day running of the club, and be a crucial part of the Labour movement within Oxford.
