We teach practical self defence techniques in a safe and friendly environment. A great way to build confidence, get fit and meet new friends. We practise jiu jitsu as part of The Jiu Jitsu Foundation (www.jitsufoundation.org) an international, non-profit organisation. The style of jiu jitsu is called Shorinji Kan. Techniques include throws, joint locks, striking, groundwork and breakfalling. Beginners are always welcome regardless of fitness. First session is free.
