Oxford SU freshers' fair 2025
Save the Date! The 2025 Freshers' Fair will take place on Wednesday 8 October & Thursday 9 October, returning to the Exam Schools on the High Street.
The Fair is one of the most anticipated events of the year, bringing together thousands of new students and hundreds of clubs, societies, and services in one space.
If your club, society, or organisation wants to host a stand at this year's Fair, here's everything you need to know about the booking process and eligibility.
Key Dates for student stand holders
Tuesday 1st July, 9am - Stands are released to registered clubs and societies, University departments and support services.
If you are a registered club or society, you'll receive an email with a booking code. This code gives you early access to reserve a stand before bookings open to others.
Registered clubs and societies = registered with the University through the Proctors office.
Monday 14th July, 9am - Stands are released to unregistered clubs.
Spaces at the fair are limited, so we strongly encourage early booking where eligible. These stands are for Oxford University run student groups and not available to non-student led organisations

Booking links will go live on this page from 1st July, with instructions tailored to your eligibility group. Keep an eye on your inbox for your early access code if you're a registered club.
What's included in your stand?
Each single-stall booking includes:
- 1 table (the same as used during exams)
- 1 backdrop (perfect for displaying your logo or artwork)
Cost per stand:
- £50 for the first wave of registered clubs, societies, and University stand holders (£100 for a double stall)
- £60 for the second wave of unregistered clubs and societies (£120 for a double stall)
More information on what is required to host a stand will be available when bookings open.
