Oxford students say YES to NUS

Oxford students have voted to remain affiliated with the National Union of Students (United Kingdom).

1409 student members voted in total, a turnout of 5%, on the question:

Oxford SU is currently affiliated to the National Union of Students (United Kingdom). Should it continue to be affiliated: yes or no? 

The results were as follows:

Votes for 'yes': 791

Votes for 'no': 589

Votes to abstain: 29

The vote is binding upon Oxford SU, as the turnout exceeded 4% of the student body.
