Divest Borders is a grassroots campaign recently been launched by students across the UK, asking universities to divest from companies that profit from the border regime. We are asking universities to unequivocally reject the human rights abuses inflicted on people along borders in the UK and around the world. The campaign asks universities to adopt a publicly available ethical investment policy which excludes border industry companies, and to fully divest from current investments in border companies within three years.
