NugSoc aims to be a community of social enrichment and provide an opportunity for students to leave the stressful and intense environment that academia overwhelms us with. As a society that welcomes those with no sports background, no particular ethnic or cultural background and no particular interest in hobbies, NugSoc simply offers a social space for students who don't feel a sense of belonging to other societies. From simple socials packed with chicken nuggets, Quorn nuggets and fruit shoots, to a NugSoc ball, the society aims to host several events each term to enhance the Oxford experience.
