Challenging an Outcome

Learn how to challenge different process outcome such as a complaint, dispensation or your exam results.

Appeals Review If you are unsuccessful in your Stage Two Academic Appeal, you can request a review of this decision if you meet the grounds of review.

Complaints Review If you are unsuccessful in your Stage Two Complaint, you can request a review of this decision if you meet the grounds of review.
Confirmation of Status Outcome Any student at the University can make an Academic Appeal against a decision of an academic body, such as the Assessors of your Confirmation of Studies.
Dispensation Appeals If you are unsuccessful in your Dispensation Application, you can appeal directly the Education Committee if you meet the grounds of appeal.
Exam Results (Academic Appeal) Any student at the University can make an Academic Appeal against a decision of an academic body, such as the Board of Examiners.
