Elections complaints

Oxford SU is dedicated to ensuring that its' elections are democratic and fair. 

If you feel that a candidate, or their campaign team have not complied with the election rules or bye-laws, you can submit a complaint to the Deputy Returning Officer by completing this form and emailing returningofficer@oxfordsu.ox.ac.uk with your evidence.

As per the elections bye-laws, all complaints must be resolved to the satisfation of the Returning Officer before results can be announced. You should therefore ensure that your complaint is submitted in good time before the close of elections at 20:00 on the 22nd of May 2025.

Before submitting your complaint please make sure that you:

• Have read the elections rules and bye-laws
• Are able to provide some evidence of your complaint
