Candidates can start campaigning at 09:00 on Tuesday 3rd February 2026 online and around the University. Campaigning will continue until the close of voting at 20:00 on Thursday 12th February 2026.
Campaigning may only occur during this time to protect the well-being of our candidates and to ensure the election remains a distinct event in the academic year.
During this time, you can expect to see candidates active online. Often, candidates may share videos and campaign materials on their social media channels. You may also see posters displayed around the city, in colleges and group chats.
