We’ve updated the elections bye-laws and you can read the newly approved bye-laws here. This document outlines the high-level administration of the election and our all new Officer structure.
Alongside the bye-laws we have also now published our Elections Rules and Candidate Agreement here. If you are running for election, you'll need to send a signed copy along with your nominations form to elections@oxfordsu.ox.ac.uk by 09:00 on 9th 16th of May 2025.
Candidates may not start campaigning until 09:00 on Tuesday 13th Monday 19th of May 2025.
In short - we ask candidates to keep the elections positive, free and fair. We won’t tolerate any sort of bullying, harassment or victimisation and we expect you to treat everyone with respect.
