Join us today for an anti-sexual violence activism workshop led by Empowered Campus Co-Founders:
Martha Jephcott, Churchill Fellow who has advocated for and delivered training for police forces
Charlotte Fisher, Oxford alum (History and Politics, Balliol College)
Paul Hamlyn Foundation award winner, leads workshops with Glitch UK
Both have experience campaigning to make misogyny a hate crime, and for emergency accommodation for people fleeing domestic abuse. They have now turned their focus to empowering students and training advocates on how to effectively prevent and respond to sexual violence, including pushing for policy change, handling media, and other practical skills.
This student-only event is open to undergraduates and postgraduates and students from any university, including Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University
When: Wednesday, 22 February 2023 (5:30 to 7 pm)
Where: Room LSK, Wadham College, Oxford
