This JCR would amend the room ballot rules as detailed below

This motion would order the second year ballot as a reverse of the first year order from the previous year (ie people with good numbers in 1st year would have bad numbers at the end of 2nd year and vice versa).

The JCR would accept the rest of the room ballot rules as sent out last week
