Students Engaging with Schools
We’re aware that many students receive invitations to speak at schools and colleges. You might not already be aware that the University of Oxford engages in a wide range of activities for prospective applicants and has many fully trained outreach and recruitment staff as well as trained student ambassadors. Before embarking on any school or college visit, contact your college access officer as a starting point for advice and guidance.
We know that prospective applicants value your individual perspective of the Oxford experience. The University’s Undergraduate Admissions and Outreach team has produced some guidance should you wish to speak to groups of prospective Oxford applicants. We strongly recommend listening to this short webinar, consulting these guidance notes and using the presentation template and notes. They should provide the ‘big picture’ in which to frame your own perspective.
