We wanted to reach out to let you know that the SU is here for you and will be throughout your time in Oxford. Your Sabbatical Officers (that’s us!) are elected once a year, and our job is to represent and champion you to the University and its leadership.

The SU also provides a community fund to support student groups, an independent advice service, organises and delivers the Freshers' Fair and much more.
This Fair is your best opportunity to experience the vast range of societies, sports teams, and other groups that will be available to you throughout your time in Oxford. There is something for everyone, and you may even find the activity that will define your student experience.
You’re at the very beginning of a very special journey. We all look back with immense fondness at our time as students. You will be exposed to the most incredible people, opportunities, and experiences. Oxford’s beauty is in its complexity, and the diversity of the student experience.
