Oxford SU is a charity that exists to represent the 24,000 students studying at the University of Oxford. As a student-led democratic membership organisation, an SU is unlike any other charity. It’s the issues that matter to students that drive us. Here, they can feel assured that their views count, their voice is strong, and together we’ll work to make student life even better.
We’re committed to ensuring our workforce reflects the diversity of the world and community we’re based in. We positively encourage applications from all individuals irrespective of their gender, age, home country, ethnic background, sexuality, religious beliefs or disability.
About the role
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the People & Governance Manager to provide an effective and efficient operational service provision to Oxford SU staff and students. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the SU offices, and provide high-quality administrative support within the Operations Team and to the wider organisation, Sabbatical Officers and Senior Leadership Team.
If you have excellent IT skills, attention to detail, a flexible can-do attitude, and enjoy working in a busy office environment, then we’d love to hear from you. Proven experience of providing administrative support to a management/senior management team, including organising meetings and taking high-quality minutes, would be a bonus.
