Target Schools is Oxford University Student Union’s flagship access programme. Our aim is simple – we want current Oxford undergraduates to share their experiences with students from schools with limited history of Oxford applications.
We aim to do this by delivering shadowing days, where sixth forms students will be given the opportunity to shadow a current undergraduate at Oxford University. We also run an annual Target Schools Roadshow to a region of the UK every September.
Target Schools is unique as it has been run entirely by Oxford University students since 1982, offering an honest insight into life and studying at Oxford University and the admissions process.
