Founded in 2008 to help career-focused young women explore opportunities available to them in today’s workplace, OxWIB is Oxford’s largest female society with over 3000 members. We are a community that connects and uplifts ambitious and driven young women from across the university and empowers them to become value-driven leaders in the world of business and beyond. OxWIB supports its members through a range of opportunities, including speaker events, skills workshops, socials, as well as our International Mentorship Programme.
