We're pleased to announce that we have been awarded Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation.
The IIP scheme recognises and supports organisations to become stronger and more effective as places of work. We have a clear vision of making Oxford SU a great and inclusive place to work and this is really part of that. The assessor highlighted the excellent progress we have made, particularly as a small and fast-changing organisation.
The assessment measured us across 27 themes, organised around three principles – leading, supporting and improving. Oxford SU exceled on its organisational leadership, a culture of empowerment and an ethos of collaboration.
